Terms of Use

By using Ploof (بلوف) at ploof.sb.sa you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. The service

Ploof is a free set of browser party games with text chat and optional voice, camera and screen sharing, run by an individual in Saudi Arabia. We may change or stop games or features at any time, and live rooms may end during updates.

2. Age

You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, use Ploof with your parent's or guardian's permission and supervision. Don't talk on voice or camera with strangers, and don't give anyone your personal information.

3. Your identity

There is no password: your device holds a secret that is your identity. You are responsible for your device and your recovery link, and you must not impersonate anyone. Pick a decent name; offensive names are replaced automatically.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• insult, defame, bully, threaten, or incite hatred or violence;
• share sexual or pornographic content, or anything that harms or sexualises children in any way;
• break Saudi law, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law, or violate public order, religious values, public morals or others' privacy;
• record, capture or publish anyone's voice, image or screen without their consent;
• share other people's personal information, or ask minors for personal information;
• spam, advertise, post malicious links or defraud;
• cheat, exploit bugs, gain unauthorised access, overload the server or scrape data;
• share content you have no right to (e.g. streaming protected films or matches over screen share).

5. Your content

Everything you send (messages, name, voice, video, screen) is your responsibility and stays yours. You give us a limited, free permission to transmit, display and store it as needed to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't pre-screen conversations; voice and video go directly between players and are not recorded by us.

6. Safety and moderation

You can block or report any player from the player list, and a room's owner can mute or remove anyone. We review reports and may remove content or ban an identity or device from the service, without notice, for breaking these Terms. Where someone is in real danger we may cooperate with the competent authorities as the law requires. In an emergency, contact the authorities directly.

7. Our intellectual property

The Ploof name, logo, art, characters, sounds and code are ours, and the game designs are original. You may use them to play only. Open-source libraries and fonts are under their own licences: Licenses. Classic game names are used in their generic sense; we are not affiliated with any third-party trademark.

8. No warranty

The service is free and provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty that it will always work, be error-free, or that scores and data won't be lost.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for other users' conduct, content or recordings, or for downtime or data loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop at any time and delete your data on the Privacy page. We may end your access if you break these Terms.

11. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its courts have jurisdiction. We may update them; we change the date above and tell you in the app for material changes, and continuing to use Ploof means you accept them. Contact: ploof@sb.sa.
